Refund Policy

The primary revenue for the Center for Lifelong Learning, CLL, is from the annual membership fees paid by the students. Typically each student will make one payment a year online using a credit card but a check will be accepted from students that are reluctant to make online payments.

If for any reason a student changes their mind and wishes to cancel their CLL membership CLL will refund any fees paid for a period up to seven days from the date of the original payment.

The Center of Lifelong Learning, CLL, recognizes the concerns of individuals regarding privacy and online data collection. We strive to respect and protect the privacy expectations of our members and website visitors. Our website collects contact and credit card information. 

Gathering Personal Information

The following are examples of personal information that visitors may choose to share with CLL via a website interface (e.g. an online form or survey):

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Credit card information

Use of Personal Information

If you have shared personal information with CLL, we may use that information to contact you, or to send you emails that may be of particular interest to you.

CLL does not share personal information with third parties except:

  • As required by law;
  • With trusted vendors contracted by the CLL who have agreed to keep this information confidential.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
